The okt are not trying to help improve the overall business maybe it's because there are no incentive to do so.

If no incentive, it's strange why some OKTs spend much effort trying to lure you in the house for look-see and not follow-up with the step on gathering feedback and CRM.

Is there a high turn-over for OKTs generally or do they stay long in their "career"? I think should have some incentives like year-end bonus if the house biz is good lah, cannot be nothing one.

Maybe they need to be taught the concept on customer acqusition is more expensive than customer retention activities. hehe... sorry can't get over things I learnt from work.

dunno bout turn over but some of the OKTs i remember from the first time i started cheongin ... houses may have changed but some of the old faces still remain ... as for customer service ... it's either u cannot teach an old dog new tricks or the cat40 bunch dun think the supply will ever out grow the demand so they dun see a need to improve
