Cuz after we erm... I lost quite a bit of weight.

But I have to say there is a noticeable difference due to horizontal expansion. Most likely it is due to the accumulation of the wee morning visits to swee choon + MacDonald after drinkings session.

ps: Cut down on drinking so that you will cut down on supper. Thus that contour line that you used to have will be running back to you.

I already stop drinking beer and eat after drinking liao. Since the day I told R04 I wanna lose weight till now I am dropping the weight I gain these few months. In fact I am 3kg lighter now... And I am starting a workout program next week onwards. As this program 1st 6 days cannot drink alcohol.
