Not exactly sure why local ladies won't wear pantyhose. Mostly came across Ang mos or mainland Chinese wearing them. Hot weather is usually cited as the reason but these foreigners are wearing them in Sin City nonetheless...

There are several reasons

- weather too hot but there is always 8 denier that is suitable for sg climate

- culture as seen by Japanese where it seems to be impolite not wearing hose

- ladder easily but there is ladder resistance
