Now got new ferry terminal at Batu Ampar called Habour Bay. About 45mins from WTC only.
So that gives u more time to cheong and less queues to wait at the immigration.

If u need to go take the Wavemaster ferry.
From HabourBay terminal, it takes only about 5 mins to Gloris Hotel or 2 mins to Novotel Hotel.

Very near.
Cheers !
hi bro ah hia,

Yeah...Batu Ampar is not a new ferry terminal is just re-opened again...but now only one ferry service going there....maybe Wavemaster is the one...

Thanks for the information, ah hia.

Wave Master in the only ferry operator in Habour Bay at the moment.
Also they are building a second jetty to accomodate another ferry service from Habour Bay to Malaysia. Most prob from JB i think.

the entire land area surrounding the ferry terminal is being built up.
About 6-8 blocks of condos are coming up. 2-3 hotels including the Habour Bay Hotel. 1 shopping mall.

If u really wanna cheong i suggest taking wavemaster into habourbay. nearer to action and faster too.
Plus at certain timings the tickets are cheaper.
U can call 62720501 to check the timings and prices and also to book.
Regular price is S$34 for 2 way including all taxes and surcharges.
Promo price is S$32.

Cheers !

Its brand new. The former jetty of Batu Ampar is located further away from Jodoh/Nagoya. This new one is located besides the building shaped like a ship.

Just came back from Balai with 2 other bros from this forum today.

We were there for 4 days 3 nights.

Thursday when we reached there in the afternoon about 3pm, we went to Villa to recce the girls there and found 95% of the girls were booked with some leftovers been totally undesirable. However 1 of the bros managed to get 1 cewek at Ruko for 400K because the abang who booked her didnt turn up (lucky guy) and she was pretty sweet and cute too.

Thursday and Friday nights at Bravo was uneventful. Bravo was about 70-80% full. We didnt see many FLs...i mean good looking ones though. However bros were lucky to get 2 very nice FLs aged 18 & 19 yos.

Saturday night was better with lots of FLs appearing on the scene. Bravo was about 90% full that night

Weather wise we had some showers on Friday morning and Saturday afternoon. So it wasnt so hot as some of our other trips before.

All in all, besides the bonking, we had a good 3 nights cheonging Bravo and also lots of good massage and seafood

It was a good relaxing CNY break for us and now looking forward to the next trip.

Cheers

I think the travel time as opposed to batam is really undesirable. To make things worse sometime in late 2005 they started moving all the farms to one place called batu 24 a village with all farms clustered. Not sure if its the reason why ppl stopped going there or reporting abt the place but i definitely was turned off by this development. After travelling almost 2hrs plus in ferry still got to travel 40mins approx to the village and thru some really dangerous looking tracks to that place. As a whole package, girls, travel time by ferry, eating out and so on batam in my opinion will certainly win hands down.
