I meet you at Bugis tomorrow morning.......poong-ni ton-chao phom pok gan ter bugis na. ( ton-chao = morning, phom = I, pok gan = meet, ter = you )

Hahahaha........okok. tell you the answer. After you have inverted the transparent lighter ( make sure the liquid inside is not the same level ), take a lighted cigarette and start moving up and down near the higher level of liquid. Make sure do not touch the lighter otherwise you will lose the bet. Close enough as long as the cigarette do not touch the lighter, you will notice the higher liquid going down , thus pushing the other side up. Carry on doing it until the level is the same.......here comes your free beer.........hehee........
