I heard OKT Willie is now a declared bankrupt. He therefore cannot enter into any contract (that is including renting of a house for long term).

Not sure where you guys got the info? I asked gwee personally and he confirm they planning to shift but subject to AV approval. Even if approve to move also take some time before they fully move out.

During the Malaysia WL era, I could remember both Willie and Peter do not send their WL to each other shops. When the PRC dominated the scene, they agreed to work out a professional relationship where they would send WL to each other shops if there was a need. However, Gwee/Willie and Peter maintain at arm length in terms of blood brother relationship till today.

You are right.
He always delay his WL's salary since many years back and he got some investors to pump $$$ into the biz.

Unfortunately, the whole GL biz recently was very badly hit by the online portals and many OKTs are bleeding now with very few customers.

Many GL gals told me they are getting like 2-3 customers a day. Some even less than that. Ofcos there are still some with 6-8 customers. But those are very very few and far between. In 1654A, only Angel is doing well and the rest are getting not more than 4 per day.

Naturally Willie was not spared either. His biz was badly hit and his gals are returning one after another. Now he cannot meet his financial obligations to his investors. I would think the biz is difficult to continue if the rental per month is more than $10K with so few customers. Last time his house is buzzling with customers and gals going in and out. I dun understand why he still allow those few guys there not calling gals and gossiping about other customers. Many customers are pissed off by them and feedback to Gwee but there are still there everyday. These customers eventually go to other houses. Willie is always not there and he goes to his shop only for few hours at nite. Nowadays his gals told me they only get 2-3 customers a day except for Xiao Xi but her regulars mostly dun go to her house too.

Whether it is true or not, he will not share such sensitive info with you anyway, unless you are one of the investors who supported him financially.

If you are, you will not be so nice as to write-off the amount also.
Probably you will be more concerned about when you can divest your investment.

AV need time to approve becos he is still undischarged and his future earnings with go to his creditors first. His shareholders and Gwee will rank lower than his creditors. Any complications will be headache for AV in future.

Regardless of all that’s happened whether true or not, let’s hope both Willie and Gwee can succeed and pull themselves out of their issues. They are very nice OKTs around in GL.

I thought they need some luck too in the girls selection. Not many stars coming in unlike last time. Also they did not stay long

Since when u last stepped into 54A? If all GL shops are stocks trading in the stock market, 54A is one of the handful stocks I would bank on at this current situation ... 😋

If what you said about 54A is true, most WL would have packed their bags and left some time ago ... 54A is doing well primarily due to a few “winning” reasons ... 😎

OKT Willie lost big time in the stock market investment ... and hence his bankruptcy is not due to his poor GL business .... if he has sound financial management, he could prolly able to weather the storm and able to sustain whether due to short term poor business in GL or not. Many OKT earned quite a pile that they acquired over the years especially during the peak ... look at 1606, 1669, 54A, W06, etc ... they are doing reasonably well ... OKT eagle in the past also earned a lot of monies in GL business but unfortunately he lost big time in casino ....

P/S: your one-time favourite FL, Xiao Mi is in town ... 😝

If he told you that they are shifting to a shop in WH road, it is prolly WH19 which is currently vacant. I don’t think they are shifting to WH04 as it is currently occupied by OKT Japun. Unless the latter is quitting, which I doubt so ...
