Funny enough, I was shopping around in Ion Orchard when I spotted a 22.90 exchange rate at the money changer at B4 (the level where all the foodstalls are in Ion Orchard).

Am gonna go for a weeklong holiday in Phuket, so I asked him how much I'll get if I changed 2,000 SGD, and he quoted me 23.00... Not too bad at all..!!

like thaiboy said, bring as much as possible... Phuket is the most expensive city in LoS....

Those mountains were the high end golf courses in Phuket. BKK also got high end like Amata & Thai Country Club.

But night life in Phuket is limited & expensive.

More choices of Golf courses in BKK and they got sport days discount too.

Most of the money changers there showing 22.95baht.
