This roundabout shown in d map is Wat Phnom, in the evening, there's a handful of kymer freelancers hanging around this roundabout and at the arrow shown in the map. Although most cmi, sometimes there maybe suitable ones. Don't pay more then usd15 for ST , and usd40 for LT (I usually try to bargain for usd35 LT), no barfine required. Can bring to your hotel if they got ID. Best time to recce is around 9.30pm. Keep yr valuables, cash and hp before u come here to recce.

At around the arrows, , walk up n down about 200m, the wls and some ladyboys will stand or sit along the right side of the road .



There are many places in pp catered for locals for eg
1) along street 2004 near the airport,
2) several ktv(pickup joints) along the main road in svay Pak,
3) at 1-2 shops along the road towards the Japanese bridge.( All cmi here)
4) from pp airport travelling towards sihanok for about 5-7mins, on the left side of the road, u will see kymer gals sitting outside their so called ktvs (it's all pickup joints). Quite a lot of pickup ktvs here.
5) And many many more local pickup areas which I don't know.

Anyway, the local places that's worth recceing would be (1) and (4) as I saw many gals in simple dressing sitting outside their ktvs.

did you know that foreigners buy condo in vn can do 50yrs + 50 yrs option...a few friends already purchased condos recently for investment with idea of making money...they paid S$75k plus tax for 2 bedroom and paid over 2 years becos new launches...

2 yrs ago, a friend paid 3bil dongs for Vinhomes CP at quan binh thanh and after collect keys sold within a month for 4.5bil dongs...after that he bought a few elsewhere ...

foreigners can sell to foreigners and local viets...once local viets purchased is freehold

i know abt 50yrs +50yrs option but how much to pay for the option is not stated n vietnamese is known to screw foreigners. Not gonna get a gf n put her name for freehold.
This is pure discrimination to foreigners unlike china n philipines u get same deal as the locals.
I buy for stay not for speculation like your friend. Speculation is always good times u make money, bad times u lose money. But generally u make money if hold for long term.

haha...true and there is risk in foreign investment...my friend told me that he cannot even buy anything for s$75k...not even buy a car in sinkieland...

even property goes crashing...he still owns the property...the vn gahmen had seen the property condo boom...only one way to go and that is more relaxation in property law...the number of new condos development at various district are record high...

Of course $75k not enough for big ticket items in SG.
Middle class better don't think of owning a car.
W grabs n uber etc, save the money for family use.


These 3rd world countries condos are still at a bargain except those right at the city center which hv been overly speculated.

bro try not to go pick up at wat phnom, lots of junkies, scams, robbery, thefts, its just like go geylang alr but go to the FL on the streets, just take a few steps more n go to the bars, girls at bar usually come work at the bar becoz of frens or relatives working at the bar too, so if something happen go back to the bar can trace her back, even worst if u r alone
