I think cos people thought the most dangerous place is the safest place. Opposite this PC is PCC. Dun be mistaken. PCC is not People's People Complex. It is Police Cantonment Complex. This is where the CID HQ, Central Div HQ and most of the major crime divisions are located. I will not be surprised these people frequent PC during lunchtime and / or after work for some "office tips".

aiyah then u muz as well say, PPC, PPComplex, Chinatown, KS, Tanjong Pagar r all dangerous as all ard d vicinity ........ police got car, may oso go to these areas for lunch oso worr ....

Well, police need to socialise with those HC /TN gals to get infos from them about underworld activities.. Do you know secret societies members often frequent these places for FJ ? Some of them carelessly boasted about the plans to pretty HC/TN gals.

There are many Hongkong dramas about police officer being involved with WL or FL..

i thk it's abt time they lower their prices to match their counterparts like, say JC or JSP. d same goes to PPC too, which $40/hr seems steep for a massage, which is more of caressing n usually last juz 1/2 hr or 45 mins. $30/hr will b a more ideal px.

Well, you got to consider the rental there also. JC or JSP is outside CBD. In CBD, of course it can be more expensive lah. But in my opinion, we can always go else where cheaper.

Cheong in CBD area when you a bit of time for a quickie.

Business bad in PC? What to say..... so much trouble and so much lime light, constant police watch also.....

hi bro i remember a few week ago there is a article in shin ming state that they are alot of massage shop in that area because the rental there is cheap and to start a massage shop like that is very cheap so i dun think the rental ther is high

errr ... actually not really ... if u hunt hard enuff can still get some $30 massage in PC n PPC ... chinatown n tanjong pagar too. however i've not chionged in tis area 4 quite some time now cos of d prices n quality of gals. dun mind goin down further away fr CBD to get cheaper prices n prettier babes lah.
