I think the universal rule is that when you are dealing with a char bor be it cewek, mei mei, sillypore woman or ( whatever that bleeds every month and not die),

the "universal rule" should be :

You can make her your darling, wife or whatever you want your beloved to be, but you can never get the "woman" out of her.

That's why the golden rule is "you don't realise what freedom is until you go get yourself married!"

By then, its too late!

With dem women in Sillypore, they all want to "have their cake and it eat." The men happen to be the victims mostly!

I rather have a cewek or puying that I could get rid off when it suits me but,

gotta make sure you don't let your little swimmers go producing offsprings which is one of the deadliest traps be it Batam or Sillypore and,

that has reduced so many real men to obedient boys!

Just wondering whether there is a collection of data like which disco is the best to visit, massage parlours with/with/o special?, hotels, KTVs, restaurants, seafood? Wonder anyone of us wanna start the ball rolling?

For me, I have only visited Pacific Disco, and stayed in Novotel. As for KTVs I avoid Permata indah and Permata wonder what is the rest? Restaurant, I go for PutriBusong or directly opp. Makateh. Seafood... well, there was once I being to a kelong really really far away. About an hour ride through the new bridge build by Habibie and gang that connects 3 island togather. We ride all the way to the tip. there we get the cheapest and freshest!

How about the rest of the batam cheongsters?

I must say the lobster sashimi (raw/sliced lobster) = BEST
- cheap (relative to Sg prices)
- fresh (very crunchy)

I'm afraid you're perceptions are clouded by prejudices which you may have seen or even experienced.
For every sad or failed relationships,there are at least 100 times more sucess stories.You are right about the sillyporean females though but i beg to differ on the indon ceweks,though(not surprising,i suppose..)
However,i may wake up one day and find it all wrong but as it is ,i am now rejuvenated,and life couldn,t be better...
Men into obedient boys?Perhaps you may one to define 'obedient'..
Is being 'obedient' a negative conotation ?

I got no driver's license ... tell you wat - we charter a spped boat and we can head straight to the resturant (I remember the dining area got sea view 1)

If not, we get a helicopter to fetch us there lah ... but hor since there is not heli port so guess we gotta do heli repelling liao - you so heavy ... duno must use crane to land you down or not hor?

I've always said that if u wanna remarry, go beyond our shores and Indoland is a good place to start. There are of course lots of other places.
There are still many nice girls in Singapore too.

No, I have no intention to be "tied down" not because of one previous mistake, rather becos its just not me. Happy not to have to "report" my movements or activities to anyone that being my nature, like a wild eagle.

I did marry a lovely lady. Just that she could not handle a free flying bird that cannot be controlled with a string! In the process, she destroyed in herself all that I loved in her! And I still do care for her, but from a distance!

Nothing like being a free bird flying wherever you want to go when you want to go. Being your own man.

At the moment, your new status and work gives you the best of both worlds from what I can see. But, you do go home to roost when the excuse of work and business travel is not there.

I have many happily married friends in my own circle to the point that we do not meet at all. Very rarely except for very special occasions.

Primarily because I chose not to have to say niceities to their wives and kids and not be myself. Mostly meaningless bullshit. The fear of letting a secret out of the bag. Nah, the family life is not my cup of tea.

There is a trade off, you comply & u get a happy wife who keeps you happy & if that is what u want, nobody can fault u.

After all, most people live that kind of life happily too.

I've so many amongst my closest old friends who will not trade that for anything in the world. And with Singapore women too.

Back to "obedient boys". I was just "baiting" for the fun of it, and had been careful to state that I was not referring to anyone in particular.
