i feel that the band suxs big time at icon.
Sing half way can forget lyrics and laugh. Once or twice neva mind, they keep doin it and dun feel pai say as professional singers who forget lyrics.
Its rare to watch them complete a performance without interruption from their own band members, cracking outdated jokes.
And if u guys notice, you can see the gals on stage constantly looking at the window reflection of themselves,checking themselves out many times.
Buay tahan the ah ma dance steps also,sooo go thru the motion kind.

Went to ICON the other night.....this was my experience.....

That ICON also not much better....10pm there still empty like onli got the staff around. Me was 1st customer then my kaki bought his foreign frens there.....they puzzled ask me how cum nobody....me joked told them they are my VVIPs so i booked the whole place to entertain them & they actually believed me!!! Later then the GROs stream in one by one.....quality not bad but the band also CMI. Took the song sheet & sang on the floor not on the stage....later me asked the manager how cum like that....they told me band was practising new song.....NNKC then our table invisible one ah? The pony tail guy singer also a pain in the ass.....tell unfunny jokes....the girls singers machiam like Pino maids.....dressing like fuck.....face CMI....cant sing for heavens.....after finish bottle chop chop left this place but KNN lao cheeby got one chow beng act machiam rich in a gaudy Pink, Yes PINK cheapo fake mod jap "sportscar" blocked our cars which were parked at the "private space" next to the joint. Waited for 15mins before the "valets" & management found the beng then can leave. BAD EXPERIENCE....This place also better close shop la....

I think the band is not cmi,but does not suit thai disco purist like bro red_tirak.The band are more focus on toking cock and joking around.My friend give their band a thumb up,thus it really depend on ur perference at the end of the day.

Me no Thai purist.....enjoy too whenever a Thai band show their range & perform nice english numbers once in a while......but this Nightlights band kanalan one.....the female singers looks CMI & cant sing.....no harmony like band just form on adhoc basis.....wear those clothes go market type wont even invest in some costumes.....the jester cum ah qua guy tried to follow LOS style but jokes fall flat always saying the same shit phrase "Good guys go to Pattaya & Bad guys go to Icon bar" over & over again.....boring like Hell......likes to beg for garlands too & lazy & sellout by letting customers sing their songs in exchange for garlands.
