Yes, there is ONE and only Legal Cat40 House at Lor20, but I can't remember what's the number. If you're to drive in from Lor20, after the WH junction, there's one at the left beside a small lane.

If the WLs are transferred from L20 to over there, the Gong Li lookalike is probably about to ROD as I've seen someone mentioned a lookalike about 1 year ago and I passed it off as BS after visiting/sitting in the house and didn't see any striking resemblance.
