If you can get it around B1900 that's consider very good liao.... For hotels booking in Bangkok, the best price is from their local travel agent. But you got to know them before they will do booking for you as booking made are considered "sold" even if you don't turn up.....that's the condition for the "good" price. If you a regular to BKK, thry to hook up with one to enjoy the discount price. Cheers |

Re: Hotels in Bangkok
Hi iki_27,
I was regular since year 1998 stay in ambassdor for every songkran and others time, about 3 times a year. The hotel is big and mostly are not farang or chinese stay there those. Girl friendly, depend, one time when I bring girl back at midnight got ask the girl for IC and keep by the guard. I used to book and ask the girl come to my hotel room without any problem, you may go second floor and take the lift up to your room by pass the guard at the lobby or from tower wing lobby second floor. there's always 2 to 3 guards at the lobby lift area. But I noticed some farang bring girl out from the hotel without any problem, not sure how they bring girl back in to the hotel room. May is raining season,so ... |

Re: Hotels in Bangkok
Hi,
Any recommended 2-3 bedroom service apartments for a 6-month stay (address will be appreciated) ? Some of the factors that are important: 1. Walking distance to BTS station 2. Preferably in the Pathumwan or Pratunam area 3. Traffic in vicinity is still "bearable" for driving (eg access to expressways) 4. Guest friendly 5. Room quality and services Budget is abt THB 40k/month. Is this reasonable for a higher-end apartment? Don't really trust those prices published on websites. Specifically, any comments on the following apartments : - Evergreen Place - Grand Diamond - Centrepoint Wireless and LangSuan (think these may be out of budget) - Somerset LakePoint (seems far from main road) - President Park Sukhumvit Soi 24 (same as above) BTW, can anyone share how to post new message in b k k t o n i t e forum? I am registered but can't seem to find the "Post New" button.... thanks! |
