By the way, if any of our fellow samsters remember me, I was previously known as collin_23, the guy who got involved with the PRC WL from Harbin.

I was devasted than and luckily Sam agree to help me by taking away my thread. By the way, I did not go for my 'A' levels retake last year. I was deeply hurt and have no mood for studies until I finally opened up to my family. I locked myself up in my room for 1 whole month than when I wait stupidly for the china girl to call. All is history now..

I have since picked up myself after encouragements from brothers here and my family and friends. This story has brought back many memories, good or bad. I have learnt much from it.

Instead of working or going overseas to study, I will give myself 1 last chance this year to study. If I can do it, so can u.

Just realised my TG is working at a restaurant & her monthly income is 8000Baht. I was wondering wats the average income of the Thais? Do restaurant provide such high pay to waitresses up to 8000 baht? Wat about those waitresses working in pubs/clubs? are they paid the same range of about 8000 baht as well?

Depends on how long she has been working in the restaurant. Salary commensurates with exp and no. of working years with the restaurant. Avg rate is 4-5K for waitress. Her rate is a bit high. Maybe her tips higher.

Waitress is the occupation. Whether it is club/pub/restaurant, not much different.
