Yes, come to think of it.. why should one be charged for indecent exposure when almost everyone strips naked when having massage whether of the proper or improper kind?. I don't think being caught in an awkward state of undress in a private room of a HC should be a chargeable offence. If in compromising position, then perhaps but then you can always claim that you're getting it off with your girlfriend who happens to be working in the HC and you just found it convenient to 'bonk' while she was at work. I like to share one of my bad experience in Lexon, recently, went to Lexon with my friends, and that is my second time visit the place. We step into the reception and happen to see two receptionists, one is chinese quite dark and another is a malay girl wearing glasses. Coz HCs are taken as public places, so cannot have both parties naked. That's "indecent exposure". You should know right... the doors cannot be locked. So theoretically, any member of public can "stumble" into the room, catch sight of the act and "feel offended". You are right, of course, it is much worse if caught having sex (whether by hand, oral or otherwise). So finding it convenient to "bonk" while GF is at work cannot run away from being charged as well.
