Am in Cebu now. Went to mango sq area for their night life. More Koreans instead.

And also Terrace for FL but more LB and underaged scam with Cops

Heard already clamped down on Lingam massage joints as well

Is it so boring not happening here ?

Yea, it's seemingly boring compared to AC. Sad. Mango square is the place to be if you're looking for any hook-ups.

Good for you. This place has become more boring and tamed down a lot as years passed. Now the bars are few and no more nude or bikini dancers. Most are fully clothed joints and visits by the PI finest are frequent. FL rates have skyrocketed and many are asking for as much as their sisters in Manila. The cops are even worse brazenly asking for handouts in broad daylight. Did you know in certain no stopping zone, it is not the drivers fault if they stop the taxi but it is your fault because you waved them down, so you pay the fine on the spot to the cops.

Don't say promo only 239, I may not even want to go there again even if given a free ticket.

Mango Avenue agogo bar is still better than arena KTV which is expensive and overrated. The girls can go out for barfine with a minimum of 4K peso. Do negotiate with them on how long you want them to stay before barfining. J Avenue is a dead place now and so it’s not worth going. There’s a new shopping mall SM Mall (seaside). It’s Super big but damn far as the traffic is horrible. For smokers, good luck to you. Now you can’t smoke anywhere you like. They have designated smoking point and you can only smoke from there. Whole shopping mall only one smoking point and you can’t smoke on the road. A 10,000 peso fine awaits you upon violation. But the good thing is that you can smoke in all the bars in mango Avenue. Was told will be staying near the sm mall cebu city area so if anybody knows of a good money exchnage shop nearby would appreciate it. Thankss again
