Hi! Will be in SIN for the middle of January. Staying at Le Meridien hotel at Changi Village on the last night because early morning flight.

I had decided that it's easier to adjust for jetlag if I do not sleep that night and sleep on the airplane.

Does any local brothers know what's sisters' rate for long-time in a hotel? How long the walk from hotel to the shopping area? And is Le Meridien Changi Village "girl friendly?'

I am staying at Hougang Very convenient to go to CV via Defu-TPE-CV. If supper venue is not too out of the way, I will join you guys for supper first.

their rate for overnight might varies.. so check with them

walk from hotel to 'shopping area' is 1 minute.. hehe.. just across a street.

they r not very friendly unless u know them...

Thanks for the information. So I will just assume it will be a little lower compare to OT(Crazy Horse/Romeo). Don't want to be stupid tourist and spoil the market for the locals.

When I asked about "'girl' friendly." I was thinking more along the line of some Bangkok hotels that ask you to "register" your "guest" for a fee.

Being Taiwanese born American, I so far had no problem communicate in Singapore. Either in English, Mandarin, (Taiwan style)Hokkien. But it's also very clear I don't sound local. Hopefully that won't be a problem

I figure in the worst-case just Taxi to OT and back. But want to try local while in SIN. I can try Thai in Bangkok.
