went to 30a today around 6pm, but looks like it is not open as the wooden door was locked.

I went there at around 2000 hour. They locked the door after I went in.

I think u need to call to arrange.

I went quite a couple of times to 30A at night but its closed. I did called 1 time around afternoon. They said they are opened.

Yes you need to call and arrange. I think they stay nearby so they will go to the shop if appointment is made. Or you can "takeaway", like what I did last night..had a good session with XM..

i do not think this is the only place closing down by the end of this month there will be an exodus of massage parlours because of the new ruling.

The new ruling has two parts the first part has already been implemented:
* All massage parlours, licensed and unlicensed ones, must do your business in open view of the public.

The second part which most people are not aware of and will only takes into effect in the early part of August 2006:
* All unlicensed massage parlours are supposed to apply for a license. Any massage parlour operating without a license will be dealt with.

Most of the massage parlours discussed in sammy boy are unlicensed ones. So be prepared for an exodus.

Plus if you think the AV will be cooling down after the implementation of part 1 of the ruling, it has been nearly a month since part 1 was implemented, you aint seen nothing yet. Expect more raids in mid to late August 2006. Thats when the tuina will feel the full force of the new rulings.
