Compound fine offences would apply to first time offenders. In these type of first time compound fine offence cases, there would be no charge, no court case and no need to attend court. A summons is issued and the defendant just has to settle the fine, end of story. Court attendance would only be required if the defendant disputes the summons or fails to pay the fine within the prescribed time.

Following on from this, generally no personal ID details seem to be released by the police when it comes to compound fine offences. However just going by mainstream media reports on the recent unlucky 19 punters caught breaching CB measures in the company of FLs, one has to wonder what prevents the police from releasing personal ID details of unlucky punters caught breaching CB measures in future subsequent FLs raids?

All I can say is good luck to FL punters during this CB period

Oh and just to clear any confusion (actually there should be none), what I am saying has nothing whatsoever to do with procuring commercial sex. I am specifically referring to the offence of breaching CB measures.

Sadly and unfortunately for FL punters caught breaching such CB measures, this would involve the FL, hence being caught during the police FL raids and consequently leading to the police documenting such highly sensitive personal ID details which would not be considered private and confidential because of the offence of breaching CB measures
