I will take that.

Had some good things and some not so good things.

The stupor i saw in the first 15 mins was as bad as what i saw several times last season, we really need to fix this (been saying that for a long time now). Klopp has got to ensure we are not asleep like that at the beginning of a game again!!

When we regained control we more or less held it although Bournemouth had chances too.

Anyway, 3 points is all that matters. We go again!

Would also like to make a few detailed comments...

First the negative stuff!....

Alisson with some stupid decisions last night. Really question what he is thinking at times?! But still pulls out quality saves to save our bacon

That Elliot cameo last week was a flash in the pan then? Last week he was assured on the ball and kept it ticking over, this week he seems to be giving the ball away with every other pass. Rubbish!

This hybrid role for Trent isn't working, neither is Gakpo in midfield.

We must appeal on the red card, it was too harsh from the referee! MacAllister had no intention to go on the foot, he watched the ball. Hopefully we never have to see him in the #6 again though. Not only wastes his talent but he just doesn't have the sense of a #6 to read danger.

Now onto the positive good bits....

Szoboszlai absolutely dominated the game, he is brilliant

Cannot wait to have MacAllister in his natural position too. Him and Szoboszlai are going to be immense for us. We just need a proper #6 behind them. Good to see Bajcetic back on the bench. At least that could be the stop gap, hopefully together with the return of Thiago as well.

Luis Diaz, what a cracker of a goal that was

Welcome to Anfield Endo! Was composed and kept things ticking over when he came on. Wait until he settles.

As for VVD, Big Virg had a great game!

Looks like a clean tackle actually. Gotten the ball first before the opponent tripped on his leg. Chelsea can buy whoever they wish and still lose. I can't recognise some of their players including those on the bench.

Mac Allister coming off with the red card gave the opportunity for Endo to come on and showcase his role as number 6. i think in the next 3 games with Mac A out, Endo will be in the 1st team and important for Endo to command that role to support the CBs.
