Went to TDs to check out the new batch of GROs that arrived 2 days ago....mostly made up of old faces.

TD Bosses facing heat from authorities &/or competition now implement many rules on the GROs. Compulsory pole dancing (more garlands hanging), No french kissing, No photo taking, No cell phones & many more.

The management also got an incentive scheme where vouchers are given out to the top LDs sales GROs, think muz hit at least 100 glasses. My guess is that with this measure they want to counter those smart customers who give cash tips instead of buying LDs. Also the GROs are encourage to give the vouchers to their best customers so that they will buy more liquor. Smart move on their part.

The GROs will be house in hotels in future due to the frequent ICA checking on the apartments upstairs. Good news for us?

One last thing.....bottles increase price liao izzit? Never go 1 week came back from LOS....bill seemed more expensive

haha so PRs are doubling up as coyote dancers as well. 包山包海

why not suggest to the boss to implement the time based charging system for the PRs? just like the BKK nightclubs. so no more butterflying around. better for those TLC seeking customers. hehe. but may need to hire more girls then for this system. can be budget straining for the business. they are also using this time system even in those cheapo neighbourhood KTVs in Thailand. not just those high class ones.

just curious are these girls on tourist visas or have proper WP to work in the disco?

Those Resorts ones never come back for many tours liao.....this time the usual suspects from mostly Slim Pattya & Florence

Ya all muz multi-task when in GM....many told me they were Coyotes in BKK joints here & there but they dont look it so I dont believe.

I think part of reason no time based system coz need proper paperwork & also like you mentioned need hire more GROs.

The girls are all on tourist visas (but they have agents) thus all the hide & seek now going around now & implement strict new rules like no stepping out of the disco (except to toilet), penalties for turning up late etc.....the band members have it more easier as they are on work permits.

Ya quite agree....the other night I saw one dancing damn sexily on the poles so bought her 1 corsage & 1garland. End of dance routine she came over CMI man look friggin old up close no need under light I quickly siam pointed to my buddy next to me & said he was the one who hung.....I sometimes go out with the bands in the afternoons & some singers sans makeup look like something the cat drag in
