I just don't like to push myself to my limits that's all. because the more I drink, the more that I can't sleep. I already have sleeping problems for N years. the last thing I want is not able to sleep the whole day. old liao,, body cannot take it.

actually as long as i sleep before 12am everything ok.
once after 12am, I can only sleep at 5am liao......
unless I don't get "disturb" between 12am to 4:59am, I can sleep well.
