Haha... I guess they are not familiar w TPY building architecture. There are shops accessible from rear only, have to use stair case.

Not difficult to find. Just michat or wechat people nearby when in central TP...... more MLs than you can handle Just ask got 2nd level or not. The shop underwent minor renov recently and I haven't gone back since to see what is the improvement.

If you have been to J Wellness (which has since moved), it is on a floor with medical clinics. The entrance is directly opposite a clinic's and the receptionist can see who's going in and out.
