pain usually isn't very good. but soreness, that slightly warm, suan feeling the day after a workout... that feels amazing. ^^;
it's somehow very relaxing. don't you feel that, BoinKing?

much better than the stiff, suan feeling you get from sitting in front of a computer. =/

does anyone else here prefer functional fitness over working out for looks?
I like to look good too, but I can't help but feel that functional strength is so much better.
The jiu jitsu guys i roll with... a lot of them have some sort of belly, but they'll crush most other dudes with their core strength and explosive power. <- is regularly crushed and sat on. lol.

Guilty as charged. Did attend steve cotters ikff certification before..
It was a nice experience when your hands are ripped and blood flowed but still had to fuckin swing non stop..

but the Djs there are horrible..it got so bad that one night i went for a gig..
I went at 11 30... i walked out and go drink kopi and came back at 1.30 for my fav dj to start spinning..
