Will be hitting 50 in a few years, but now I am experiencing something different.
Flesh is willing but spirit is weak. I get erections and do feel like screwing, but just not interested in the forms available outside, whereas before, maybe 10 years ago I would be more optimistic. So I just diy it away, daily, sometimes twice. Anyone else also this way ? |

Taking in more ingredients won't help, rather it will make the kidneys & liver work harder to get rid of the excess. We all agree that exercising your muscles will trigger the body to build them up. Likewise, exercising your bones (loading them via weight lifting or hiking) will build them up. I suppose the same goes for you kkj! FWIW, I had a new friend who was diagnosed with osteopenia (pre-osteoporosis) score of -2.3. After 1 year of hiking with my group, he recently tested out at -0.4 (aka normal!). So, my philosophy is to live an active life, use all those important parts and they will stay in good condition longer.

My conclusion is there is no shortcuts (aka magic pill) for normal folks. All I can say for myself is my weight went up from 60 to 70kg after I started a more active lifestyle in 2012 and have stayed around 70+/-2 for the past 12 years...

General speaking after the age of 30, men lose about one percent of the hormone per year. Many believe this is natural and easily explained by an evolutionary mechanism. As his sex hormone drops, his enthusiasm for such risk-taking pursuits as debaucheries and escapades wanes. Nature designed men to slow down as they get older. Some like to say this is condition previously known as aging. At the ages of 40, 65 and 70 most guys will have lower levels of the hormone that their fathers had at the same age.
