I pull the sheets over her and slept .

After dropping lady V at the hotel I went back home to my commonwealth flat .

Nothing like home, I drop flat on the sofa and close my eyes.

The doorbell rang !

Oh no.... Better not be Siti or her husband.

I open the door.

" you are Charles ? "

The lady was in her " EEA" uniform from a real estate agency .

She walked straight in with her high heels shoe , waving her hands occasionally as thg there is foul smell .

" Aiyoh this kind of place how to rent out for 3K a month. You must be joking."

Me : " how do I address you" ....trying hard not to be pissed.

She took out her name card.

It read ... Ms TING, top producer for 2007, 2008 n 2009

Ting: actually I don deal with hdb cases , but I am a personal friend with the PA from this logistic Company. So I have to " give face" come down to look see.

Me : "thank you for your time. You should just send your junior staff . Or is it business is bad now that you have to be on the ground too. Can't be what you are a top producer, you should have a team by now and earning over riding from your downline"

I hit her hard back. She caught me in a wrong timing.

Me : " you know what I am very sure there are some junior agent at the hawker centre right now, distributing name cards and flyers, I think I will just go down and give a chance. I am very sure they would be happy to take on the deal."

Me: pls close the door when u leave. I went into the kitchen and took a can of beer.

Ms TING stormed out angrily.

I check the time 11am.

Took a quick shower and head out.

Got stop outside while closing my main gate by a sweet young girl. Distributing flyers and name card.

Girl : sir do you have any spare room to rent out.

Looking at her name card,,,

Me : u new ?

Girl : just started a month ago.

Me : great . I am renting out my whole unit. U think u cAn do the job.?

Girl: I will do my best, since you are my first client.

Me: I like your attitude. I am rushing off to meet a friend , can I call you another time.

Girl : if you don't mind I would like to hop on your car so that I can find out more of yr requirements for the perfect tenant. After that you can alight me anywhere and I will make my own way.

Me : u are pretty persistent ain't u. Not letting the fish anyway of escaping.

Girl: is a tough industry, I have to learn the ropes fast, if not I can't make a living.

Me: Come let's head to the car.

I went back to the car and open the rear door for the sweet young girl.

Just wanted to test her.

She placed her hand on the door handle and gently close the door.

" I will take the front seat if you don't mind Sir."

I open the front passenger door for her.

"Thank you very much".... She replied.

I hop onto the car and drove off.

Took a quick glance at her seating posture.

She placed both knees together, tilt her legs at a angle , knees towards the driver seat direction. Body at a slight angle towards me. She placed a finger between the seat belt and her so that the belt would not land between her breasts.

" this is a very nice car Sir"

Me : " how would you like me to address you "

Girl: my friends call me Jane. You can me that too.

Me: alright Jane, for the record I am a LIMO driver , this my company car. I do have a car at all.

Girl: limo driver, no way . You are pulling my leg right. Sir

Me : Charles, u can call me Charles. Yes I am just a driver , this is my card.

Girl: whoA ... If I got high end clients wanting to see land properties could I engage yr services. I do not own a car .

Me : sure I will give you a good rate.

During the journey , she never ask me anything about property related matters. We talk about a lot of things . I found out she was from "sand androoling " JC . She didn't wan to burden her parents so she enter straight into the workforce to help support the family. She decided to join the real estate industry to make it big. I admire her guts and determination wanting to strike it out on her own.

Me : hey my meeting place , is at the old marina south car park. You can't get a cab around there. Would like me to alight you at tg pagar station instead.

Jane: is ok. U just drop me off wherever you last stop is.

I enter the car park and high beam suresh car.

Me : "I tell u what, this would take less than 30mins . If you don't mind waiting I can drop u off later. If not I call a cab for you."

Jane: I can wait.

Me : ok this is the lock and unlock button. Once I step out u lock e doors.

Jane: ok.

I step,out and head over to suresh car.
