you have his car plate number, you unable to check his address, u must have his IC number, then can check it out.... - FYI...

example : if nw u buy a car, without ur IC register, u unable to get a car plate number. - FYI

any samsters in mobile industry to screw his info out ? i guess use mobile number to trace is more helpful, just a sugg. shame on him!
