Voice can be decieving.
Call a few FL and they sound so sweet but when I met them, they have quite different voice. I find they tend to use a more 'teh' voice when speaking on the phone. After I finished business with one FL, she received a phone call from another customer and she sounded so different when speaking on the phone.
