Got CCTV! I remembered seeing it. How can don't have CCTV? This building is a government ministry leh. I hope you didn't try. After Sept 11, government buildings are strictly out of bounds.

Bro..u can try the Loyang Industrial Estate (Loyang Avenue) lots of quiet spots there esp on weekend nights. You can even get out of the car, stand next to the passenger seat smoke a cigarette while she give you a BJ from where she's seated..Did that with my ex GF. Be warned..don't to it too close to Police Coast Guard area.

Alternatively, you can try the road near Prisons HQ (Upp Changi Road Nth). Just don't do it in front of the HQ...drive further down, there is a quiet stretch of road.

I just tried West Coast Park. Brighter now than before but it's still quite exciting. I know posting the location here may attract peeping toms but I saw something that gave me the confidence to post here. I saw Cisco officers patrolling West Coast Park. They just walk on the pavement outside the carpark and never walk inside the car park. So if there are Peeping Toms, they know CISCO is around.

This tread really reminded me of the piece of reclaimed land where SAND’s IR standing presently, lovely place when driven inside and greeted with all the tall buildings along Shelton way. Peeping almost not possible as place was super open - no place for them to hide
