With some of the teenagers nowadays, its hard not to have a tall 16 year old be at full height, especially since Girls then to start and max out at their adult height earlier than guys.

Yes the rates are kind of above the "market rates" for an amateur/
"freelance model" especially on the normal/themed rate. For nudes, due to the nature of it, I guess its more of a willing seller-buyer kinda of economic scenario there.

The fact that TS has kind of disappeared for a day or so from here is kind of telling though.
