geez, my life should be stressful adult after reading this thread.
even as a part time student approaching the age of 30 soon, life can be tough as a working adult.
no matter what, one must always have to personal power to change their own lives.

for example, i was sick and tired of my previous job, thought i was going to be hopeless stuck in my former company until i chance upon a job in a new industry.
went for interview twice and now i finally had the industry change i had hoped for after 3 years 8 months.

remember life is full of chances, is those that you grab with both hands that really count.

Your girlfriend left you because you're giving people the perception that you're just a wannabe martyr, fighting against "all odds" in life. Rest assured there are many around who started working much younger than you did and there are those who not only have to support themselves but their families at a younger age. So don't kaopeh too much, it makes one seem unmanly in comparison to the above mentioned group. Women like a man who is able to take the heat and still maintain his stride.

People have different starting points in life, can't compare. Like can you choose where you're born in? So take that out of the equation. What matters is the end point. How will people remember you? What have you done for the world in general? Have you left a worthy legacy? Don't waste time on envy, when you already are short on time. Negative thoughts repel people,luck and opportunities. You should spend more time on positive thoughts!

Hey there...it really sucks to be poor man... so, get the fxxk up and work hard now and get that top degree so that you can get the best job and earn big money! Don't look at the present situation too much (although it is hard not to do so). Nobody is going to pity you...so you have to do it yourself.

Actually, now that you are working supporting yourself, it is doing you a very very BIG FAVOUR by training you unconsciously to be independent and self reliant...this is a big PLUS factor that will definitely contribute to your future work place success.

Those ah sia kia will realise one day that they lack the drive to succeed and if their father's business sink, they will sink with it. For you, you build your own castle and is your own King.
