Why some gers so sensitive when u stare at them?

my method is to look at gals discreetly. look look see see for a while is ok but don oogle n stare at her or whichever part for too long. e gal confirm 'buay song' cos she is being disturbed by u. if u can sense tat e gal has noticed ur stares at her n she is givin u a 'wat-r-u-looking-at' type of look, then u had better look away or pretend to look at other gals or thgs. if e gal really wanna blow up e matter, she can file a report against u for outraging e modesty of a woman. then u r in trouble. it's her words against urs. is it worth all e trouble n embarrassment for a few sec or mins of eye candy? not me...

It happens to me all the time. In the office talking to colleages, on the streets, in public transport, etc. Even when i'm making a conscious effort to look them straight in the eye when talking to/looking at them, they somehow will cover up.

Just saw this thread, wanna join in to give some comments.
The gals purposely wear so skimpy, when looking at their direction, whether they quickly use file cover their "booties" or quickly wear a jacket, or cover with shawl. If so scare people look at them, then wrap up from top to bottom.

Anyway, most of the time got chance to see some cleavage or at least their bra design. SHIOK!
