Ts, I know how you feel and where you come from. Me too have this problem before as I am working in oversea.

I still can remember the very first day I stepped on a foreign land. Although people here are quite sweet and friendly, but some how, I still feel the loneliness in me.

After sometimes, I feel i should not just let my life pass like this. I begin to find things that interest me like example sightseeing and life become better. In the travel from place to place, I keep on making new friends where this made my life better and happier.

Everything started from yourself and also end it by yourself. As we know life is already not that smooth and why we still want to make it harder? Enjoy everyday like your last day. This is my new motto since then. I guess you can do it too.

I agree. Sometimes helping others help you to forget your own loneliness or problems. Or you may feel that your problems are small compared to what others have to face.
