yea i pleaded guilty even b4 the victim suspected i took upskirt video....
ive learnt my lesson already...
my main issue is about the time that the police will take to decide on penalty on me....i really dont want to go worrying for like 1yr that kind...

u can contact the victim to discuss with her about compensation and say u very regret and cry. and then say u got a future and tell her to let u off this once, promise u will turn over new leaf. and compensate her a big amount to drop the police case. i think the case can be dropped. seek a lawyer for better advice dude

I strongly advice against that. The case is now under police investigation and if u attempt to contact the victim u can be charged for obstruction of justice or they can say ur harressing them. To TS have u engaged a lawyer? If yes let ur lawyer represent u. He or she will know what to do and give u proper advice.

Pleading guilty to the girl and pleading guilty in a court of law is different thing. Now u just pray the girl drop charges against u but even so, SPF can still charge u If they have sufficient evidence and witness account. What u can do now is engage a lawyer n pray hard u dont go to jail.
