HJ 100, capped BJ 150,

I suggest you name the place bro. Those prices are way beyond the market rate.

That's why I only go to supposedly clean ones nowadays in the hope of getting more. But I'm usually left high and dry without the happy ending more often than not.

Heh, same here. I usually dont, bcos i experience tipping them before, there after it become a norm to them, if one time dont tip , they show black face. So nowadays, i all dont tip. Still getting very good service.
