I agree. Always COD and you shall be fine. At worst kena fxxxk by the scammer but that is a small price to pay compared to losing hundreds or thousands of dollars and no fxxking in the end

If you are not at the IT Show@Suntec, the program is on TV Ch5 at 2030hrs tonight. The Chinese version would run on Friday, 27 March 2015 on TV Ch8, also at 2030hrs. Looking at the under-16 boy who was charged under the Misuse of Computer Act case, it is a matter of "want or do not want" to investigate & nab the subject by the police. Hope that Xiong Di guy is watching our program & understand how our SPF goes about doing their thing provided a police report is made. Have a beautiful Sunday.

actually if you are careful enough , you will notice that these scammers do not leave their contact numbers but only wechat ids.
and they are usually the ones who want to add you

This just happened to me a few hours ago. Asked me to meet at a nearby MRT and when I reached there tell me her friend will call me and I must tell them I am not from the home team.

I reply "No". then she called me with an Unknown number I told her COD only, but give me a lot of excuses and I insist "No" COD only and hang up.

Then called me again with a HK/PRC number, again I insist "No" COD only and she scolded me and send me wechat that her friends here will find me with me hp number and will tech me a lesion. Be ware.

Our spf dun want to give how good they are. During crimewatch, they use indian subjects & posb atm. Everything sgp, so very easy to investigate. But we are interpol regional hq, sure can tiao yu or cast a fishing rod to lure that fcuker to drop into net. Our PM had visited Tencent Hq in China. Our AXS accepts Alipay, surely can track. AXS has put up Scammer Alert ad on their screens. Be a vigil guard for LKY. Be vigilant.
