In life I have had the fortune to have been given true love once. True love is like being love unconditionally. there is no 100% unconditional love in sense that if you beat the giver of true love senselessly, the love will surely fade. So true love still need care and not to be abused. True love is often confused with the concept of forever love. Other than parental love, I dont think there is such thing as forever/unconditional love. It is a love that once you are the recipient, you will know it, but may not necessarily appreciate it.

How do you know it is true love? When you seen the person at his or her worst, the person doesn't really give you anything now or in future, the person may be sick and look terrible, but you still wish to care for them. It also means that you are prepared to give that person up to someone else, if that someone else is better for them or makes them happier.

The movies dramatise true love but nothing beats the experience of actually being in love. True love may not even mean happy ever after love which most girls often fantasise about.

Bro, if you have a taste for Maxwell's Tian Tian Chicken Rice but the long queue pissed you off, you can give the next stall Ah Tzai Chicken Rice a try. The stall is a spin-off of Tian Tian's old staff, same taste same quality.
