Yes, nothing wrong with buying CD but if he fit the description of suspect at particular place and time, and if his fingerprints match those on her possessions, ie. CD package, handbag and things inside her handbag, then there's no escape. Also hope her fingerprints can be found in his lorry/car.

What she has done is nothing more than just going out with a friend. This is not an offence. She has definitely done nothing illegal. A robbery is a robbery and a rape is a rape. These are criminal offences and if a report has been lodged with the police, the police will have to investigate and present their findings.

i not sure abt other places but for prc, there r so many of them, almost all of them, do not stay in the province tt they register their pp. this case may not be serious enuff for them to take much effort to locate the original registered user. even if they do, wat ever info provided by the original user may not lead to the subject.

anyway lets just hope wat i assume is wrong. the subject actually use his own name to register. then easy liao..........

if the guy is caught n he really did wat the gal claims, he will get it. trust me, police is able to convict him if he really dose it.

Not really. If the guy had just bought that card for this one and only purpose (that is to call the poor girl), then the authorities may have a hard time finding him.

However, if he had used the card for a few times, these calls can be traced / fetched. I'm sure the telco has a log of the numbers calling/called from this number. Hopefully one of the pple he called knows who he is.
