Connection fee will apply once the call is being connected every time u call. If it is say, $0.40, it will be as equivalent to 20 to 30 minutes deducted away from value of the card. So it is useless to state 1000+ minutes from the poster. It is a gimmick after all...

ooh so connection charges will be deducted from the icc card right? not from the telco company? as long it's not stated in the the telcom bill will be alright
