After New Year, this place like a dead place again. Espeically the 3rd floor. Past by few days ago, other than downstairs, upstairs also pretty quiet. Wonder what is happening.

i thk d mgt's tryin hard to wipe out all d 'unclean' TN joints. so far i thk at least 1/3 of d shops wiped out liao. frankly w/o these shops will d bldg b able to survive???

i have always lamented that PC is a prime area, superb location n it's such a waste as seen in d state right now. seems like L1 n d Turf Club enjoy d heaviest traffic. mgt shd b doin more to spruce up d place, at least fr a biz pt of view. revamp d whole bldg, go for a big touch-up, make d place more posh, a shopping hub n we will soon see big crowds coming bk! our garment shd have realised that ... not sure y they have left tis bldg to rot for so long! (d police stn next to it too!)

suggestion: mayb can turn PC into a bldg like d one in Bangkok where whole bldg comprise of massage parlours. sure enjoy excellent human traffic! (mayb can even turn into a tourist attraction! )
