It means Lorong 16, House 56A. This house appears like a appartment block, 3 or 4 storeys high unlike the typical house that looks more like a semi-d house. Its easy to miss if going first time. Open your eye big big and go on foot for first time if u unfamiliar with GL got better chance to find it.

Go into the building and walk up to the second floor. It's one of the glass doors of the second floor. Girls are inside.
