Bro, this wasn't my intention really. When I started the thread, I had wanted to inform those who were put into moderation to 'appeal' to be reinstated. I know of a few people with a few hundred points who made the mistake of zapping people with profanities without leaving a nick. Imagine 500 points become -500 overnight. You can imagine a 500 pointer's contribution to this forum. Very painful mistake. So was trying to highlight this pardon with my first post.

Didn't expect this thread to be so hot really. Initially, just thought we can up 10 people (instead of just 1) within 24 hours. Along the way, we discovered that we can up 10 people at double the power. And then the celebration period was extended to 2 days. Not complaining of cos.

I shared my view of what I hope to see in the forum in future. Really angling for the 'Thread of the year' idea. I think it's workable. Was thinking of sending Sammyboyfor a PM on how the idea can work and yet not take up his time. Was hoping to read more ideas but I guess those discussions for future ideas in the forum can happen after the celebration period is over.

Anyone wants to share your memory of the forum? In 2001 or around that period, IRC was still big then. I remember there is a sammyboy channel. Think was started by bro sex4life. That's before the forum has a chatroom. Got to know many senior bros from there. Those were the days.. Haha
