Honestly, the govt cannot force people to marry people we dun like. No wonder all the elites dun want to marry. What is so good abt SG gals that WLs are not comparable to them?

What social problems? The govt should weaken the law by allowing marriages of WLs on a case by case basis. If the SG man is capable of earning a high income and received good education, they should be allow to marry WL. I mean we are the elites behind the SG economy, the govt won't want us out of the country because of one WL right?

They should be allow to get PR first rather than citzenship. Then a pending of 5 years. If the WL is free of trouble, then propose given her the rightful citzenship. Dun u guys think it is fair? If the govt do not allow marriages to WL, then how they tackle the low birth rate every year. The govt needs to be flexible.

I think is fair , 5 years can show her personal too , can view isnt a truelove or a good wife .
The govt do not allow marriages to WL because govt dont trust WL can bring up a good children and take good care of the family ,even you marry WL,she will be very long time like 10years to get the blue IC .
For the low birth rate every year is most of the adv-country problem ,it's a Its a social problem...agree..... but if all single man go marry WL is the most BIGGER PROBLEM
