The money changer next to Sheen (Arcade level 2) was selling S$1=RMB4.99 at 3.25pm today.. before eventually reducing it again..

Traveling again tomorrow and changed this evening Wednesday (25 Jun) 6.15 pm at arcade / change alley at Sheen on Level 2 . Their best available rate was S$1=RMB4.98107

27 June 2014 ard 6pm, people park centre check RMB at 4.985 while Chinatown Point is 4.975
