I left the hotel room without Eliza.
Took a feeder service bus to lorong ah soo. Decided to have lunch around that area, before crossing over to defu to collect the car. " hello boss the car any major problem." " no problem... I have also change the ATF oil. Now the drive should be better" " thank you, pass me the invoice , I hand over to my admin clerk and they will issue you a CHQ " I took the car. make a detour to the apartment off river valley road. Remembering lady v left something for me. PArked the car and went up. I enter lady v room and saw a paper with her hand writing on it. " Charles, you mentioned that you will only stay at this apartment if you get a rental income of 3k per month. I hope you are not mad with me but I want you to stay here. In the drawer is 36 thousand dollars. So now that you got the rental of 3k will you pls consider to stay ? " I open the drawer . The money was there in a envelope. I took the money and left the apartment. When back to office at 3pm, hand over the invoice to my clerk, Me : " boss car servicing is done, no major fault. " Boss: just nice Charles, run an errand for me . Sent this by hand to this gentlemen at safra toa payoh. After that u can report off, and enjoy your holiday. Me : thank you boss.

I was driving near old police academy when I got a SMS.
It was a SMS from Jane the property agent. " can I come over later to take pictures of your unit to post online " I press e call button... Me : hi jane I got your SMS . Are your in toa payoh hub? Jane : hi, yes I am here. Me: I am at safra toa payoh running an errand . Hey can I come and pick you up? Jane: of course you can. Me : once I leave safra I will SMS you.. Jane. Ok ... Sped up and head to toa payoh to finished the task . I SMS Jane " you can come down to main driveway at hdb hub now. My car Toyota camary SBC1234d silver. Her replied " ok see you soon... Smiley face....  Arrived within 5 mins , she saw my car and was running towards it. To buy some time , I step out to open the rear door. " Charles stop it, ppl are looking" She open the front door instead. Me: " what "My agent " is chauffeured driven ... They jealous arh , Jane : " let's go.. Wait security uncle come. She was in a tight short black skirt. A normal white blouse with her company tag over her neck. Hair bundle up. Me : looking good jane.... Jane : thank you. Not bad yourself ! Your job is pretty cool, driving another car this time. Me: is company car. Just helping my boss to run the car, after long time not using it. She let her clip down and the hair started to fall on her shoulder. Me : you busy later ? Got any appt later? Jane: no appt for the day. Me : happy hour ? One drink then we head to my home to take pictures. She hesitated for awhile. Me: usually I just have a beer, this hour seldom get stop by police. She was convinced , Jane: ok, just one then we go.. Me: ok.

We stopped at red dot off Dempsey.
Jane : u come here often ? Me: yeah , is free parking here. Waitress : smoking or non smoking section ? Jane: smoking ! " Do you mind ? " ... Turning to me. Me : I am fine. Waitress : yr usually sir ? Me : yes , weizen pls. There wasn't many ppl around. There was two group of ppl drink near to the bar counter . Four guys sitting In the smoking corner . Me : come cheers. Jane lifted up her glass and drank her beer . We just chatting about property related matters when we were interrupted by a guy from the four guys group sitting two tables away. Guy : hello miss, are you a property agent ? Me and my friends are having a bet to see if I can get your a e card. Can I have your name card please? It was pretty obvious this young guy is trying his luck. I admire his guts for it. Jane did not want to be rude and pass him a name card. Jane : here is my name card. If you have any clients pls refer to me. I will give you a referral fee. Guy: hey do you want to go over that side for a smoke. Whoa this guy is treating me if I am non existence. I kept my cool. Jane; sure . She gave me a wink , stood up and walk over. When I was younger I would feel uneasy if met with a similar situation like this. Now with more I exposure dealing with unexpected situations as a driver I am more calm and compose. I just carry on with my beer. SMS came in.. Jane : " jealous ?" Hmm ... Is she testing me out ? I wonder .... My SMS reply bk to her. " VERY" J: liar ... I saw you checking out the waitress ... Me : just to kill time... J: finished this stick I will come back. Me: sure. Jane came back and sAt down. J: you ok ? Me : I am fine. Me : so how got chance a not that guy ? J: oh please, his thinking is so child like . Still talking abt army stuff as thg I went thru training with him. I never fall for a guy like him. He is so not like you. Me: ???? Me? U mean old like me? J: yup.. Old.... But season like a good bottle of wine ! I chocked my beer. J: hahaha .... She laugh, I try very hard to compose myself J: anyway I cut him off saying that you are my sugar daddy , he got scare and went back to his seat. Me : you looking for one ? J : maybe... Come lets finished up and head to your home for the pictures. I paid the bill and we left for my home at commonwealth.
