This is a forum, where exchange of words/theories are abundant. There is no right or wrong, true or false. Especially when u take into account of Red Boy getting FOCs in GM.

If afraid of being zap to moderation, one could only sit back and watch. I rather u go Huay Kwang talaat every night and bio katoeys and puyings. I think more worth it.

Re: ord from geylang , can come back sg ?

Borrow thread for asking something else here.

Anyone here knows the procedure of buying land in thailand/perhaps like Hua Hin? I know foreigners like us cannot own land. But if the land is named under a thai, could we some sort of authorised ourselves over the resale/investment of the land? So that we are still the one holding the stake for the land. The thai person just owned it by name.

I was wondering if it applies the same as company's ownership as well whereby we still decides for the company in thailand.

Appreciate if anyone had leads or experience come forward.

your questions will be answered better here: www.thaivisa.com

And to my understanding, as long as land/company is concerned, the most we could have is 49% and we still can decide for the company, however your decisions are only 49% of the stakeshares

not sure if the 100% alien ownership for companies are still available, where u can have a registered company say in singapore, but a REPRESENTATIVE office in thailand, in which is 100% foreigner owned.

Landwise, no u cant authorise urself, the thai has the sole authority.

That is why i was referring to the right to exercise my power over the land,in case of differences in views when it comes to selling of the land. Could i like draw up a document whereby stating i have the overall say? :

thanks, will read up more from the website provided. Anyone else has other experiences or did likewise?

I must say they are pretty pleased with my progress,i cant say much about your parents feel for having a son getting FOCs in GM,spending time in chatrooms trying to find decent girls.

So u got read the challenge by many bros here to meet u up next week at GM? Lots of incentives leh,or u prefer not to talk about it?
