At least we know she has been reading this page even during her holidays haha. But bros who want her picture please just post on this page itself. Dont personal message me asking for her pics. If want to share might as well let other bros also see. I dont like to be selfish.

I took down the photos already. Hopefully they get the hint and dont reject customers or overcharge them. Hope no bros here pm me saying that they have been waved away or rejected from being serviced.

This is a willing buyer and willing seller market, seller has her/his right to opt for sell or not sell..by using method like threaten with exposing photo is definitely not a healthy way... S$50 is one if the standard rates there..and i believe S$50 is nothing do with so called 'overcharge'..

I think they have the right to take legal actions too against people who disturb their privacy especially those that are not their Facebook friends. Good luck to all.

I understand bro but facebook photos that are public can be used as long as you do not slander the person. It is wrong to hack into people's accounts and then take the photos. The definition of slander in itself encompasses the idea of falsehood or spreading untruths. I will never spread rumours or lies that will affect any person's career or reputation. But other than that, we are living in a country with freedom of speech that allows you to state truths/opinions freely as long as it does not infringe on the notion of malicious falsehood.

Anyway, to clarify, Ill publish facebook terms and conditions here to get rid of any lingering doubts about the legal legitimacy.

However it also depend on the intended use. That's where the legal people come in. There is always people that know much better than one another and they are the professional.

Bro, there must be actus reus first which must be in concurrence with mens rea. If the actus reus, which means the act, in itself is legal, then it is not wrong irregardless of the mens rea (which is the intention). For example, some crimes are of strict liability nature. This means that intention is irrelevant and as long as the act is committed, you will most likely be liable. You have to be clear in the first place what is your intention to post here and must be through to your conscience as it is likely to hurt her in every single way (whether is it her business in PT later when she back or her daily personal life). From my observation, you are very proud that you managed to get hold of her photographs to show everyone here and more to show if people like to see. Maybe you feel very gracious as if you are on top of everything. Have you thought if this happen to your related female member, what do you feel. Even if she have offended anyone in PT but that is solely a short deal, we have to give and take and accept the facts and not thinking of exposing her in anyway of revenge. Take note that you are hurting an innocent person and may just get return in future.
