When I first visited the spa, it was known as Oneness, but realised that they later changed it to Universal Spa. Not so sure if it is still under the name Universal. The place is quite tastefully done up and cozy.

yes, is in Gemmill lane. Oneness change to universal, same boss, deco nice but massage so so. opposite china square better massage n nicer massuer but few dollars more. btw, all prices of the 3 from SGD 50 - 60 for 60 mins.

Was at their other smaller branch on Sunday afternoon... I think I was the only customer there, when I left, on the way to the toilet, I saw that all the rooms were empty, with the doors open...
Maybe it's time for a discount...?

Was there at Club Street, weekend afternoon. Door area full of shoes.
Seems like weekend business is not affected.

I feel that it will definitely be more or less affected due to the increase in entrance. I personally feel that it is ok to charge $55 for a good and solid nassage session. It may result in losing some customers initially but there will still be others like me who think that $55 is fine. As long as Oriental keep up to their standard of good solid massage, it will continue to attract more and more massage lovers and business remain to flourish. Oriental TCM is a strong brand that has been build up over the years. Just my two cents worth of thoughts, no offence to anyone who disagrees with me.

Totally agree. IMHO, I still prefer oriental’s good solid massage. Furthermore, I only frequent 2 masseurs and they do know me well (including my aching body)

Some bros have messaged me privately asking if I managed to hook up again with Mary and here's my update. She is genuinely retired from this line and adamant not to return to this trade.

She's happily married now, busy packing for her return to China tomorrow and wished me and my family well.

True enough Bro.. Spa-1 has increased the price.. for 45 mins massage: shoot up to $120+
I went there last October, the price was $70+ net for 45 mins massage then.

As for Hot Spa at Roxy Square, price is around $70+ for 45 mins massage.. as of now..

Super Spa at Yuan Ching Road is no longer in operation I guess, called them up, but the line was invalid.

That's around 40% increase. Unless there's a facilities upgrade, they are going to lose many customers.

All massage loving brothers,
Recently, due to Oriental's increase in price, I have switched to Zhang Ling at TPP for my regular fix of massage.
I must say, it is quite good.

Price at $45 per hour and $65 for 90 mins.
Most can give a good rub and most rooms have bars to allow the masseuse to provide back stepping.

Of course, the quality of ladies there is not as good as Oriental ... Doesn't have SYT like Joey, but for regular rub, i guess this is a good alternative.

Just for sharing.
