1 cup of black coffee has 125mg of caffine inside. And it take better than most pre workout stuff to me. I usually take about 6 cups of it daily as I just love my beans.

i dont take pre workout. i only take 200mg caffeine pill. it's cheap and convenient. 240 capsules for 8 USD only. 1 capsule is like 0.03 USD.
taking 6 cups a day and assuming what you said (125mg per cup), means you're taking 750 mg of caffeine daily. be careful as caffeine is a drug. and your body has quite a high tolerance already. use it only in days you need the extra focus. if not don't consume caffeine.

The mirror and weekly photos is the best bet to track body changes and bf, all other method is not accurate but just a rough guide, except for dexa and water tank testing which is not available in Singapore.
Hmm I'm not that vain to really take weekly pictures of myself but I do take measurements to check on the progress on top of the daily weight measurement.
