There is many amulet that is for safety. LPT, Pidta etc.
But for luck in lottery, there are some which suppose to increase the luck but i suggest that work hard, observe the 5 precepts of buddha.

Bros, amulet can only help you 15-20% at most. The rest, you have to put in hard work, patience and do more good karma.

For good karma, do without expecting anything in return. Do some dana for the Sangha, donate to print Dhamma books. So when you have accumulated sufficient good karma, then some good karma may come to fruition. Thus you may have good luck.
